Advantages

1. Cost-effective, much cheaper than natural marble.
2. Lightweight, easy to cut and install.
3. Fully waterproof, moisture-proof and mildew-proof.
4. Stain-resistant and easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth.
5. Good fire resistance, safe for indoor use.
6. No formaldehyde, eco-friendly and healthy.

Disadvantages

1. Not high temperature resistant, easy to deform near open fire.
2. Fades under long-term direct sunlight, not for outdoor use.
3. Surface may get scratches by sharp objects.
4. Texture is different from natural stone.

Applications

Mainly for indoor decoration:

• TV background wall, sofa background wall
• Bathroom & kitchen wall panels
• Door panels, skirting lines
• Hotel, restaurant, office interior walls
• Wall cladding, column wrapping

Not recommended: Outdoor areas, right next to stoves or fireplaces.

How to Choose

1. Thickness Residential: ≥3mm; Commercial: 4–5mm
2. Raw Material Choose panels made of new PVC material with compact cross-section and no impurities.
3. Surface Treatment Must have UV protective layer for wear-resistance and anti-fading.
4. Toughness & Flatness Quality panels are flexible without cracks or warping.
5. Fire Rating Commercial projects suggest B1 fire grade.
