Stone-plastic flooring, a type of PVC sheet flooring, is also known as stone-plastic tile. Its main raw materials are PVC resin (commonly used in the production of medical devices such as infusion tubes) and calcium carbonate. It is a high-quality, high-tech new type of floor decoration material.
Typically, it is produced by extruding a PVC substrate using an extruder with a T-die, and then using a three-roll or four-roll calender to heat-bond and emboss the wear-resistant layer, color film, and substrate in a single process.
